We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided by email.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local law.


Exchanges and Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at rafi@noodlesandhotsauce.com with details and photos if possible. We will provide instructions for replacement.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


International & Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights available to consumers in the European Union.
